一、教材内容分析

本节课通过在猫找老鼠的过程中自然呈现句型Where are you? 及其回答 I'm in the… 同时在巩固前一板块所学单词的基础上学习单词 toilet。 二、教学目标

（一）知识目标

1.巩固上节课所学单词，掌握新词 toilet。 2.掌握Where are you? 及其回答 I'm in the… 。 （二）能力目标

1.能在真实的情境中，运用句型Where are you? 询问位置并掌握回答I'm in the…

。 2.能表演文章的小故事，并能对结局进行创编，锻炼语言运用能力。

（三）情感目标 1.在情境表演活动中逐步形成运用语言的能力。 2.在合作中培养学生观察和交际的意识与能力，进一步引导学生形成英语思维意识。 三、教学重难点

在实际情境中运用Where are you? 询问对方位置以及掌握其回答。

五、教学流程设计

（一）热身

师生问好，问及学生是否喜欢看动画片。得到学生肯定回答后引出动画片—《Tom and Jerry》并播放。(目的：为下文引出文本主角Tom and Jerry做铺垫) - 1 -

（二）新授--阅读前的引入部分

动画展示Tom在庭院里抓Jerry的情景，最后Jerry躲起来。这时，老师问：Where's Jerry?In the school?At the park?Or at the zoo?PPT展示house图片，引导学生说出：Jerry is in the house.

老师：Yes,he is in the house.Is he in the bedroom?(PPT在house图片上放大bedroom)以此方法复习上一课时学过的功能室bedroom,bathroom,reading room,kitchen,living room.

（三）阅读中

老师：The cartoon is not over yet, do you want to know what happen next?引导学生阅读文本。

1.(第一次读) 浏览图片、听录音感知故事大意，并让学生带着问题Does Tom catch Jerry? 对故事的发展一探究竟。

2.（第二次读）带着任务阅读，对每一个情节进行仔细分析，让学生在enjoy这个故事的过程中感知重点句型的语用功能。 （1）PPT引入文中第一个场景图（on the bed），挖空文本，让学生先通过听录音，感知问句：Where are you? （板书）再通过录音，说出答案：I'm on the bed.（板书）

（2）老师：Jerry is on the bed. But Tom can't catch Jerry.Why? 引入第二个场景图（in the kitchen）

让学生听录音，Oh no,where are you?再次感知这个疑问句的语用功能。

再通过听音，说出挖空文本：

I'm in the kitchen. （板书）

（3）老师：Yeah，Jerry is in the kitchen,but Tom can't catch him. Where is Jerry?引出第三个场景图

（in the toilet）。同样经过听音让学

生猜出这次Jerry躲到哪去了。toilet 是本节课的新词，再学生听过两次I'm in the toilet. （板书）这句话后，

把盖住厕所的图片移开，学生肯定马上反应过来toilet-卫生间，以此情景教学新词。

（4）老师：Jerry is in the toilet，

but Tom still can't catch Jerry. Where is Jerry?引出最后一个场景图

（in the box）。同样经过听音让学

生说出Jerry is in the box. （板书）

Jerry runs away again. 引导学生梳理文本内容，并小结。

3.（第三次读）Listen and repeat. 让学生看着文本听音跟读。注意模仿语音语调。

（四）阅读后 1.Retell the story.看图，复述故事。

2.Role play.两人一组，分角色表演故事。

（五）拓展

1.Group work: Make a new ending. 2.在总结学生创编的结局时进行情感教育的渗透。

（六）作业(学生根据自己实际情况选择难度不同的作业) 1.Retell the story to your family.向家人复述本故事。 2.Make two sentences with “Where are you? I'm ...”

用where are you? I'm ...造两个句子。

3.Make more endings of the story. 创编更多的故事- 5 -

结局。
