一．教学目标

知识与技能：

1.掌握衣物名称词汇，能够描述自己和他人的衣物；会用how much问句来询问和谈论衣物的价格。[来源:Z§xx§k.Com][来源学科网]

2.培养学生用所学语言知识谈论衣物和价格的能力，提高语言交际能力；围绕shopping这一话题，进行归纳总结，自编对话，进行表演。

过程与方法：利用实物、图片或课件来展开课堂的口语训练。

情感态度价值观：

1.学生在一定程度上形成自主学习、有效交际和用英语思维的能力。

2.通过了解中西方文化对衣物喜好的异同和中外货币价值异同，初步树立跨文化意识。。

二．教学重点：1.掌握一些服装、颜色、形状、大小的词汇以及有关数字的表达。

2.熟练运用数字正确表示价格。

三．教学难点： 1.在购物的情景中熟练使用句型：

How much is...？/It's.../How much are they？/They are... 2. how much引导的问句及回答，以及句中的主谓一致。

四．教学方法：直观教学法、情景教学、操练为主。

五．教学过程

Step 1.Greetings and lead-in What is that？It's a sweater.

What color is it？It is orange.

What are these？They are shorts.

What color are they？They're yellow. 设计意图：既是复习巩固，又为新知准备。

Step 2.Read and Role-play

1.T:Read the conversation and answer the following questions: 1) What does Mary want?

2)What color does she want? 3)How much is each thing?

4)Does she buy them? 5)How much does she pay for the things in total(总计)? 2.Guide students to sum up common shopping expressions.

1）Can I help you?

2）I need a sweater for school. 3）How about this one?

4）It looks nice.

5）I’ll take it.

6）Two dollars for one pair and three dollars for two pairs.

7）Here you are. 设计意图：培养学生通过观察图片,推测文章大意的能力;通过问题设计,督促学生仔细阅读对话,检测学生对对话的理解;培养学生观察、归纳、总结的能力

Step 4 Summary and Homework

What do we learn in this class? Ask one or two students to summarize. And the others can add if his or her answers are not perfect. 1.Review the grammar and make conversations like that in 2e with your classmates. 2.Read and write the conversations in 3b.
