When’s your birthday?

Do you want to have a birthday party?

Where will you have the party? What food will you have? Who will you invite to your party? How will you invite your friends to your party? A Who are you going to invite to your birthday party? If you want to invite your teachers to your party, you should write them an invitation letter. It’s a polite and formal way.

Step 2 Practice Suzy is going to have a birthday party at her home. Listen to her invitation letter and answer the following questions. When and where is Suzy going to have her birthday party? (She’s going to have the party at home this weekend.) What time will the party start?

(It’ll start at 2p.m. on Sunday, 21 April.) What will her parents prepare for the children? (Her parents will prepare plenty of food and drinks for them.)
