Unit9 (Section B 1a—1d) Ⅰ.教学准备
1.教师:一个标有星期的日历或制作一个能反映一周七天的日历图片、幻灯片或课件;制作一个反映日程安排的表格图片或幻灯片;设计课后巩固练习的幻灯片。
2.学生:复习、总结学科名词;调查了解同学最喜欢的课程安排;为自己安排一个理想的课程表;整理一下学校所开展的活动。
Ⅱ.教学目标
1.复习“谈论偏爱”和“询问喜欢的学科并给出理由”的语言结构。
2.学习本课的知识点:
①词汇:fun,free,cool,Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday ②句型:
—What's your favorite subject? —My favorite subject is... —Why do you like...? —Because it's... —Who is your...teacher? —Miss/Mr./Mrs... —When is the class? —It's on... 3.学会填写日程表。
4.采用模仿和复述以及分角色表演的学习策略,利用教学图片、幻灯片或制作多媒体课件来展开课堂小组问答式的口语交际活动和阅读、写作训练,复习、巩固和运用“谈论各自所喜欢的学科或其他的事物并给出理由”的目标语言。
5.通过互相询问和谈论彼此所喜欢的学科以及课程安排,增进同学之间的了解和友情,培养学生良好的学习、生活习惯。

学习一周七天的表示方法;复习“询问喜欢的学科并给出理由”的语言结构;提取文章信息
填写日程表。

Ⅴ.教学步骤
Step 1:Warmup and review
1.师生问好。
2.交流与复习。
建议1:let’s have a chant 利用游戏或者对话活动进行单词或者句子的复习。运用竞争机制,让学生以比赛的形式复习学过的单词、句子等。
For example:Let's have a PK today.If I say Chinese,you'll say English.If I say English,you'll say Chinese.Are you ready? 建议2:接龙大比拼
教师与学生、学生与学生之间采用接龙游戏的对话方式复习。
For example:
T:What's your favorite subject,S1? S1:My favorite subject is... T:Why do you like...? S1:Because it's...What's your favorite subject,S2? S2:My favorite subject is... S1:Why do you like...? S2:Because it's...What's your favorite subject,S3? ... 尽量让更多的学生参与到课堂中来,让学生动起来,张口说出来。
Step 2:Presentation
建议1:运用多媒体图片进行新单词的学习。放映幻灯片(能反映一周七天的日历),引导学生学习星期的表达。运用学生对周末的兴趣,学习新单词cool和free。

T:How many days are there in a week? Ss:Seven. T:By the way,what day is it today? S:It's Monday. T:Do you know how to say the other days? ...
用同样的方式学习Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday。
T:Do you go to school on Saturday or Sunday? S:No. T:So we are free on Saturday and Sunday.We can watch TV,play computer games,it's cool,Yes? S:Yes. T:Boys and girls!Today we're going to learn a new part—Section B 1a2c.
用这种对话形式让学生理解free和cool这两个单词。
建议2:出示日历,引导学生学习一周七天的表述方法。运用单词卡片的形式学习free和cool这两个单词,并且对之前学习的形容词进行回顾。
For example:

建议1:运用chant的形式对新知识进行练习。

建议3:1.搭档游戏,完成1a。
2.听录音,在1a中勾出听到的形容词。
Step 4:Presentation
建议:由老师表演引出本课的重点句型,引导出本课所学习的语言项目。采取学生领读、男女生互读、同位读等各种形式练习这一新句型。
For example:
A:What subjects do we learn at school? B:Chinese,English,math,music,art,P.E... A:What's your favorite subject? B:My favorite subject is music. A:Why do you like music? B:Because it's relaxing.
A:When is the class? B:It's on Monday. A:Who is your music teacher? B:Mrs.Zhou. 教师在此环节可以进行第三人称的训练,让学生学会询问他人喜欢的课程。
Step 5:Practice
建议1:Pair work 让同学们根据已经学习的句型和单词与同伴进行对话。学生可以模仿老师做出的句型进行语言的组织,也可以进行创造性的改造。
建议2:我是小记者
Survey and Report Survey:What's your partner's favorite subject?Why?Who is your...teacher? When is the class? Report:His/Her favorite subject is...Because he/she thinks it's...The teacher of the class is Mr./Mrs...The class is on... Step 6:Listening and speaking
1.耳力大比拼(1c) 有一个叫戴维的外国男孩讲述了他们的课程表,让我们来听一下他们的课程表在科目上与我们有什么不同。让学生听一遍录音,在下面的日程表上圈出谈到的学科。
2.对话练习
根据听力材料,与同伴谈论David最喜欢的学科。

建议:让学生自己总结本节课主要学习了什么,还有哪些疑惑?
For example:
以小组为单位总结本节课学习了哪些单词和句型,然后小组向老师汇报。

建议:既有口头作业也有书面作业。
口头作业:和搭档运用本节课学习的单词和句型做一组对话。
