Teaching goals

1. Target language

a. Enable students to talk about healthy eating.

b. Understand the text and fill in the blanks of a passage in post reading.

c. Understand the real healthy lifestyles and express their own opinions in English. 3.

Learning ability goals

Enable the students to discuss what is the healthy eating and lifestyle. Teaching important points

a. Identify different groups of foods and talk about healthy eating.

b. What kind of eating and lifestyles are healthy? Teaching difficult points

a. Understand the real meaning of healthy eating and lifestyle.

b. How to express their opinions about healthy lifestyles in English. Teaching methods

a. Review some useful words and expressions through pictures on PPT.

b. Asking-and-answering activity to check the Ss’mastering of these key words and phrases.
