本课的教学内容是外研版新标准英语（三年级起始用）第五册第五模块第二单元There are forty。学生已在第一单元中进行了20以内数字及There be 句型的学习。本课通过询问Lingling班级学生数，引导学生学习100以内整十的数字，并学会用There be句型描述周围事物的数量。

教学目标：

①能听懂认读新单词：

②能准确发音，

并能区分以-teen和-ty结尾的十几和整十的区别。
