一、 教学目标与要求

熟练掌握单词与短语：Children’s Day, play, some, say, poem, class,

dragon ,dance

熟练掌握重点语句：Daming is doing a play with some children.

Lingling is singing a song.

教学重点：指导学生能够谈论、描述正在进行的活动。

教学难点：

play的词性和意思的变化，以及现在进行时的巩固

情感目标：鼓励学生积极运用所学英语进行交流，培养沟通和交流的能力；培养学生乐于参与、敢与展示自我的精神。

三、教学过程

Step 1

Sing the song “It’s Children’s Day today”, and enjoy the pictures of children’s day. Then ask “Do you want to have Children’s Day? Let’s ask 多啦A梦 for help. Let’s go to Children’s Day.” 2.

It’s Children’s Day , are you happy? Let’s look at the children, what are they doing? Please listen to the tape. 3.

What’s Daming doing? S: He’s doing a play with some children. Show the CAI, and write the word with the students. Then practice the sentence “Daming is doing a play with some children.”

Show the pictures to explain “some”

What’s Lingling doing? – Lingling is singing a song. Please listen to the music and guess “Who is singing a song”(周杰伦、小沈阳) 5.

What’s Sam doing? – Sam is saying a poem. Look ,this is a poem, who can say the poem.? Ask a student to read the poem, then ask a student softly : “What’s he doing? –He is saying a poem.”

7．Look at the children. Where are they from? And what are they doing ? –They are doing a dragon dance. 8. Listen to the tape and repeat the text.
