Teaching Procedures: Step 1. Leading-in Purpose: To activate Ss and arouse them to express their opinions about a festival. Lead in by asking the students to say some festivals and do guessing games Step 2. fast-reading Purpose: To help Ss learn about the context of the text. Ask Ss to talk about the following questions to get them prepared for the reading text. 1.
