教材分析：

本课内容是四年级第十模块的第一单元

We have a big family dinner. 主要是学习表达节日问候以及描述过年时的风俗习惯。《小学英语新课程标准》提出的一个非常重要的目标就是要激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心，并具备用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。因此在充分了解本课的语言知识基础外，我还进一步的挖掘关于春节的传统文化，结合生活，发散思维，让学生有话可说。让学习更贴近生活，运用不同的方式，让学生对博大的中华文化有进一步的了解，展现出过年的喜庆，团圆，其乐融融的场景。

学情分析：

本次是借班上课，本人也带平行四年级的班级，对学生的基础有一定的了解。他们有攀登的基础，还有课堂上老师注重小组合作，这个学习模式对他们来说并不陌生。因此课堂上也设计了相关的小组活动来激发学生的。

此外还结合了有趣的课件、相关视频信息、以及符合学生心理特征的游戏，小组间需要合作完成讨论喜欢的节日等活动来丰富课堂。让他们通过课堂的学习、小组之间的互相合作，能很有信心的向他人介绍中国的传统节日。更好的展示自己。

教学目标：

1. 听懂、认读单词/短语:family, dinner, peanut, year，New Year, Chinese, festival, the Spring Festival. 2.

运用课本重点句型--What do you do at the Spring Festival? -- At the Spring Festival, we...来介绍春节。

3.理解并熟练朗读课文。
