义务教育教科书译林版《小学英语》四年级上册第八单元Dolls第一教时Story time。

二、教材分析

本课所在的单元的题目是“Dolls”,以“描述人的外貌”为主要教学内容。通过句型“His∕Her … is∕are….”展开教学。这部分内容接近学生的日常生活,充分利用身体语言展开教学,帮助学生理解、掌握形容词和身体有关部位,完成句型中的单词教学。

三、教学目标

(一)知识目标

1.能听得懂、会说、会读和会写单词eye, small, his, short, ear。

2.能听得懂、会说、会读单词hair, nose, mouth, king。

3.能听得懂、会说、会读和会用句型“His∕Her … is∕are….”。

(二)能力目标

1.通过图片展示,指一指、认一认的方式来学生能使用所学的形容词描述有关的身体部位。

2.使学生能灵活运用所学知识完成娃娃的介绍。

(三)情感目标

1.培养学生的创新精神和运用所学英语进行日常交流的能力。

2.培养学生互助合作的精神。

四、教学重点

1.通过洋娃娃介绍,学生能够听懂、会说、会读单词hair,eyes,nose,mouth。

2.通过对比外貌迥异的娃娃以及看动作猜测游戏,学生能够理解会说形容词big, small,long,short。

3.在介绍朋友猜测同学后,学生能够准确运用句型“His∕Her … is∕are….”。

1.通过对比娃娃以及操练,学生能够理解会说形容词big,small,long,short。

(Ⅰ) Step one

warm-up(热身运动)

1.Enjoy a song: “My eyes,nose,mouth,ears”

a. Listen to the song

T: We shoul use our eyes to watch carefully.Use our ears to listen carefully.Use our mouth to speak out.

(Ⅱ) Step two: Presentation(教学呈现)

1. Pre-reading

a.Draw and learn

T:First,let’s use our eyes to watch carefully.

Draw a picture of “a girl doll” on the blackboard.

T: First, let’s draw some hair. (Teach the new words ‘hair’)

Then, draw a nose. (Teach the new words ‘nose’)

Draw two eyes. (Teach the new words ‘eye’)

Draw a mouth. (Teach the new words ‘mouth’)

At last, draw two ears. (Teach the new words ‘ear’)

b. Look and say.

Read the new words.

c.Let’s play.

Listen ,speak and do.(巩固新单词)

2.While-reading

a.Find the key to open the door of “Class 1 Grade 4”

b.Who are in the classroom?What are they doing?

c. Watch and answer

How many dolls do they have?

Learning tip (方法指导):

读1-2两幅图,用圈圈出表示部位的词,用直线划出表示女娃娃部位特点的词。检查并完成板书表格。试着根据表格进行描述女娃娃特征。

同法完成男娃娃表格。

(Ⅲ) Step three: Consolidation & Practice(教学巩固和练习)

1. Read after the tape.(注意重读和升降调)

2. Find out the witch

Look at the witch .

Her hair is long.

Her nose is small.

Her eyes are small, too.

Her mouth is big.

3.Show time

The witch says:Can you describe your own doll ?

同学们展示自己的娃娃图片。
