aim [观察]观察aim在下列句中的词性、含义及用法。

1. John has only one aim in life — to be a musician.

2. Jeremy aimed (his gun) at the bird carefully, fired but missed.

3. We must aim at increasing / to increase exports. 4. We’re aiming for a big improvement.

5. What I said isn’t aimed at you.

6. This book is aimed at children between six and ten. 【点拨】aim作名词，意为“目标，目的”（句1），可构成with the aim of，意为“为了……”；aim作动词，意为“_______”，构成aim (sth.) at sth. 结构（句2）；还可意为“（向某方向）努力”，这时常用aim at doing / to do sth.（句3）或aim for sth.（句4）；be aimed at意为“针对”（句5）、“对象是”（句6）。
