4.引导学生通过朗读、观察,培养学生按意群阅读的意识,提高学生的阅读
能力。通过回答问题,培养学生归纳整理能力,锻炼学生的英语思维。

Step1:
Pre-reading 1.Let’s play a game: Sharp Eyes:
There’re so many jobs. Can you read them as quickly as you can?
【设计意图】通过头脑风暴,快闪快说,唤醒学生的记忆,增加课堂的趣味性。
2.Free talk
You know, I’m a teacher, do you want to be a teacher? Yes? No? What do you want to be? 【设计意图】通过Free talk,复习学过的句形What’re your hobbies?,并引出本课新句型:What do you want to be?为下面的阅读做铺垫。
3.Sorting words: Please sort the words
【设计意图】通过此环节,激发学生兴趣,为新授做好充分的铺垫。

3.Scanning the text (1)细读第一段.Read the first passage carefully, underline the key sentence, check the answers of the three questions. Q1: What does HuBin like?
Q2: Where does he want to work? Q3: What does he want to be? 【设计意图】通过引导学生观察图片,并引导学生看图理解文本,获取有用的信息;学会细读的方法,细读了解胡斌的兴趣爱好、理想职业和工作地点培养阅读理解的能力。
(2)细读第二三段,找出Sarah、Robin 的爱好、理想职业、和工作地点。划出相关句子。We know Hubin likes sports; He wants to be a
coach; He is going to work in a gym. How about Sarah? Read carefully, circle the key words. Q1: What does Srash like?
Q2: Where does she want to work? Q3: What does she want to be? 【设计意图】通过引导学生先了解了胡斌的爱好、理想职业,工作地点,继而放手让学生自学第二三段内容,自己找出重点句子或短语,教师讲解补充。
(3)Do you have any questions?预设学生可能会不理解
