教学内容分析

本单元的话题是“计算机”。

1.本课设计以WHO AM I?为课堂教学材料，以学生现实生活为出发点和归宿点，旨在发展学生的语言实际运用能力。

2. 新课标中要求学生通过学习本单元了解计算机的发展历程及其在当今社会的广泛应用，鼓励学生用英语表达自己的观点并进行简单的理由阐述和做出决定。

二、教学目标

1. 知识与技能

了解计算机的基本知识，能够用英语熟练交流计算机方面的话题

2. 过程与方法

通过一系列的图片展示来吸引学生的兴趣，学生们带着兴趣去阅读文章，通过阅读练习来培养学生快速捕捉关键信息,概括段落大意的能力

3. 情感、态度与价值观

培养学生掌握一定的知识、技能和学习能力，还要具有正确的道德、情感和价值观，真正成为符合时代需要的人

三、学习者特征分析

班级学生大多数来自农村，学生的基础较差，因此需想法调动学生的学习积极性，另外应把握好课堂节奏，不能太快，但还必须的规定的时间内完成教学任务

四、教学过程

Step1：Greetings and leading-in Activity1: Guessing game (1’)

本活动旨在引出话题，激发学生学习计算机的兴趣。猜测各种各样的图片既有助于满足和激发学生的好奇心，又能向学生呈现现代信息技术的高速发展，开阔学生视野。

运用阅读技巧，合作探究

1. Read the passage quickly 2. Find out the main idea and the topic sentence of the second paragraph The computer is playing a more and more important role in our daily life. In our city , there are more and more people using computers . On the computer, we can read news both at home and abroad and learn about all kinds of other information as well. We can also send messages by e-mail, make phone calls, take classes, read various kinds of books and learn foreign languages by ourselves, enjoy music, watch sports, play chess, cards and so on. Besides, we can even do shopping, have a chat with others and make friends with them on the computer. In a word, the computer has made our life richer and more colorful.

本活动，旨在让学生提高阅读理解能力，能够快速地找到文章的主题句，增强对文章的理解。

Step4: conclusion 通过今天的学习，我们不仅要了解计算及的发展历程，能够用口语进行交流，更重要的是要掌握一种学习方法，既通过关键词能够快速地捕捉文章的信息。

五、教学策略选择与信息技术融合的设计

本节课以学生为主，教师为辅的策略，体现了自主探究教学方法在教学上的运用，通过多媒体展示调动学生积极性，通过学生自主学习，快速掌握获取文章信息的方法。
