A teaching plan for Learning about Language Book 2 unit 3 computers Introduction To warm up students with some questions. Then they shall go on to discover useful words and expressions by doing related exercises. After that they may be helped to learn about the present perfect passive voice and to discover and use useful structures.

Teaching Objectives 1 Knowledge and Ability Objects:To help students build their word power by means of word formation;To help students understand and use the present perfect passive voice . 2 Moral Objects1: Help students get the idea about the grammar strategies and skills and arouse their interest in learning English; To build up students’ confidence in learning English by doing relative exercises. Important teaching points 1、Develop students language skills by using the English language 2 let students use the words and expressions to express their opinions,describe what they see and use them in their writing. Difficult teaching points 1、Enable students to learn to use Grammar proferly and flexibly . 2、How to get students finish the blanks in a short time. Teaching aids：a computer and a blackboard Teaching Procedures

1.lead-in Ask them some questions and let them answer them. 2.Discovering useful words and expressions In pairs do the exercises 1, 2 and 3 on page 20. You must finish them in 10 minutes. 3. Learning about passive voice 4. Understanding the structure of the present perfect passive voice The structure of the present perfect passive voice is: have/ has ＋ been＋~ed

5. Reading aloud and discovering Now go back to page 18 to read aloud and discover in the text all examples of the present perfect passive voice. As the years have gone by, I have been made smaller and smaller. Since then, my family and I have been used by billions of people to deal with information with each other around the world by the Internet.

6. Practice We shall do grammar exercises 1, 2 and 3 on page 21. 7.Homework We have learned some useful words and expressions and try to use and remember these useful words and expressions correctly. 发挥想象，连词成文(50-100字)。 simplify, sum, solve, from … on, as a result, so … that …, finance, explore, anyhow, goal.
