课题：Unit 4 Then and now C 【教学目标】

1、能听、说、认读单词：race, nothing, thought,

felt,

cheetah,

woke, dream

2、能听懂、会说句子：There were many animals in that race. But suddenly he tripped and fell. 3、能听懂，读懂小短文，并能完成相应的练习。

【教学重点】

1.词汇与短语:had a race, ran very fast, nothing, cheetah, tripped, fell, woke up. 2.能够按照正确的语音、语调和语气朗读文本。

3.能够根据要求，针对课文回答相应的及书写任务。

【教学难点】

掌握并熟练使用文中出现的重点句型。提高英语的思维能力。

【教学过程】

Step 1:warm-up & Revision 1.Greeting.师生互相问候。

2.freeing talking: review the sentences.（复习之前所学过的句子）

Step 2: Lead in (导入新课) T：There was a race in the zoo .Look! There are many animals in the race.(新授单词race) Can you guess what animal can run very fast?在课件上出示动物们比赛的图片。追问：Who is winner? Ss: 猎豹

T: Yes, It’s cheetah.(教授新词cheetah) Step 3: Presentation 1.Pre-reading Listen and choose （1）课件呈现吴一凡在床上睡觉的图片，引出主题：Wu Yifan had a race in his dream.(教授新词 dream )听录音并回答问题。

（2）listen and answer the questions（听录音，看课文，一边跟读，初步感知课文内容。）

（3）让学生默读第一段文章，吴一凡在梦里梦到了和谁赛跑？

2.While-reading （1）让学生默读第一段文章，吴一凡在梦里梦到了和谁赛跑？

（2）要求学生再快速读文章，然后回答问题：
