S: OK, we like it.

Step2

New words

T: If we want to sing an English song well or get good grades on English exams, we must build up a lot of vocabulary. Do you understand？

S: Yes.

T: OK, Let’s learn the new words of unit8 today. First pay

attention to the number one “fond”. It means “喜爱的”. Can you pronounce it?

S: Yes, it’s so easy.

T: Good! Can you make a sentence with the word “fond”.

S：It’s a little difficult.

T: It doesn’t matter. I can show you one. ... Now read the word and sentence, follow me! (教授每个单词的同时，呈现音标、汉语意思，并且呈现一个句子，让学生加深对所学单词的理解。接下来的单词运用同样的方法。）
