一、教材分析：

本单元的话题是与食物和一日三餐有关的一些内容，围绕食物和一日三餐的话题展开教学，学习表示食物的单词及与一日三餐有关的一些单词和句型。

本单元开始第13课首先由“I’m hungry！”引出本单元的话题，学习一些与吃、喝有关的单词和句型。紧接着的第14课用一般疑问句“Would you like some…?”谈论想吃的东西。第15课再用特殊疑问句“What’s your favourite food?”来谈论最喜欢的食物。

二、学情分析：

三年级的学生大多在9到10岁左右，他们生性好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、猜谜和唱歌都比较感兴趣。学生已经学习的半年英语，在课堂上有着极强的求知欲和表现欲，因此在课堂上要对他们多加表扬，以培养他们对英语学习的兴趣，让他们在玩玩、做做、说说、唱唱中学习英语。

三、教学目标：

1.知识目标：1）能听说读写单词chicken、fruit、vegetable、like 2）能听说读单词favourite、don’t 3）能理解并进行口头交际运用的句型：

I like…/ I don’t like…

---My favourite food is ______ 2.能力目标：通过学习本课句型来引导学生用口语表达喜欢什么或不喜欢什么，并能谈论自己最喜欢的食物。培养学生的口语交际能力和对知识的综合运用能力。

3.情感目标：通过本课的学习，让学生养成良好的、健康的饮食习惯。

四、教学重难点：

1.重点：1）能听说读写单词chicken、fruit、vegetable、like 2）能运用相关句型：“I like …/I don’t like…/What’s your favourite food？/My favourite food is…”来讨论自己的饮食喜好。

2. 难点：对于本课重点句型“I like …/I don’t like…/What’s your favourite food？/My favourite food is…”的灵活运用。

五、教学准备：

1）各种食物的实物或图片，单词卡片。

2）录音机和相关录音带及ppt课件。

六、教学过程：

Step1. Revision 1）

Revise the words learnt in Lesson 14. 2）

Pretend to be hungry and ask the students whether they have some food for me. (the students prepare one food card in advance, and afford the teacher: Would you like some…? If I say“Yes”，I fetch it; if I say “No”，I refuse it。

) Step2.

Presentation 1）

Look at the food cards in my hands coming from the students: There are “dumplings” and “rice”, no “noodles ” or “soup”. That’s because I like the former two, and I don’t like the latter two. Here teach the new key words “like ” and “don’t like”.

2) New words for this lesson. chicken, fish, fruit, vegetables Present the food pictures and encourage the students to guess their pronunciation according to their spelling. Teach these new words. 3) key sentence. I like_________. I don’t like_________.

Step 4. What’s your favourite food?

1) Present Li Ming’s food. Then teach “okay, good, favourite”

2) Teach new sentence “My favourite food is noodles. What’s your favourite food?”

Step 5. Practice (group work)

Put another

for your favourite food. Then introduce and ask about one’s favourite food in your group.
