一、Class opening

Free talk :what will you do in summer?

Do you like to fly kites?

Today we will learn a story about kites. 二、New concepts 1、学生先整体自读这个故事

学生在老师和图片的帮助下读懂故事大意。

2、学生阅读故事的第1图,How is the weather today? 学生阅读故事的第2至4图,找到并划出描述三只风筝的关键词. 3、

请学生讨论哪个风筝最漂亮,哪个风筝飞得高,喜欢哪个风筝及原因。

Talk about “Which kite do you like?”

T: Which kite do you like? 学生小组讨论,并回答。

请学生读一读风筝都说了什么,通过风筝的语言了解风筝的性格特点。

T: What do Kylie and Karla say?(图2-3) S1: Kylie says “Everyone will look up at me. Everyone will like me.”

S2: Karla says “Look at me. I can fly high and fast. Everyone will like me.

S3: No, she doesn’t. She is quiet.
