Step1 Revision Ask Ss to retell the main idea of the reading part. Ss: At first, Daisy went to Tibet to see some endangered animals. Then, she went to Zimbabwe where is a good example of protecting wildlife. Next, she went to rainforest and found a new drug for protecting animals from mosquitoes. At last, she flew home. Step2 Language study 1. Wild plants and animals have to look after themselves. 野生动植物得自我照顾。

介词和一些名词一起构成短语, 表示出于某种状况或形势之中, 除了in danger, 还有in trouble, in ruins, in good condition/ state, in high spirits, in silence等。

e.g. The doctor said that the patient was out of danger. 大夫说病人脱离了危险。

long作动词时, 后接不定式“to do”或以for引导的介词短语, 意思是“对……渴望, 很想有……”。

主语

+ be certain + that ... 还可表示“某个, 某些, 某种”, 常用作定语, 如：for certain reasons, a certain Mr. Brown。

辨析

include侧重于对比整体与部分，指一整体包含着各自独立的部分，也指某东西包含另一东西的某一部分。如：
