This class is a reading section, aiming at making students appreciate his personality. Step1: lead-in

T: do you know the big event that happened in Baoding, Hebei Province? S: Xiong’an New Area. T:yes, please look at the picture, this is Xiong’an. And after several years, it will look like the Shenzhen Economic Special Zone. T: can you see the changes that will happen in the future? S: the farmland is becoming less and there will be more roads and buildings. T: please look at another group of figures. We can see the 分population is increasing rapidly, not only in China, but also 析in the world. Please think about the question: how can we 讲feed more people with less farmland? 解

T: actually, there are some ways to deal with the problem. In China, we have super hybrid rice which has a higher output than normal rice. Today, let’s come to the story of a famous Chinese scientist. Step2: reading
