The analysis of teaching material: This is the fourth teaching period of this unit. The tasks of this period should be laid on listening and speaking. Listening is to know more about the topic, and speaking is an opportunity for students to express their ideas. In this way, students feel that they may have information to put out. And the tasks develop teamwork and cooperation. The purpose of this period is to set the knowledge into students’ real situation. The analysis of student: Students have learned the reading part, so understood the text content and relevant background knowledge. Based on the vocabulary and grammar, the period is to strengthen students’ listening and speaking. Teaching Aims 1.

Knowledge: Students can master some useful words and expressions, such as career, run, prevent, modest, considerate. 2. Ability: Students will be able to enhance the listening and speaking. 3. Emotion: Students can understand what a great woman is and how to be a great person. Important Point: Develop students’ listening and speaking skills. Difficult Points:

Greeting with the whole class. 2. Lead in the topic by some pictures about the differences between men and women.
