The Ss have known something about the Amble Room and are curious where it is,so the content this period will interest them. 1.Enable

Ss understand and use the new words and phrases in the learning materials. 2.Help Ss learn how to tell a fact from an opinion. 3.Enable Ss understand the main idea and find out the key information using listening skills. 4.Enable Ss to ask for opinions and give opinions. Aims1,2＆Aim3 Aim4 Reading, listening,discussion and practice.

Arouse the Ss’ curiosity and lead in the new topic. Use the questions guide the Ss to understand the definition of a fact ,an opinion and evidence.
