【教材分析】
本课时教学内容采用《牛津英语》上海版新教材的5AModule 3 Unit3Places and activities中read a story教学内容。对于单词cold,fever,toothache, cough,有些学生已经相当熟悉。本课时教学the toothless tiger 清晰地呈现了句型I have...She has..及引申出句型
What should we do?
You should …。新句型hide oneself in a secret cave 和pull out 本课时通过文本带动词汇,词汇带动句型,句型带动文本等形式多样的文本再构,使学生能够熟练掌握新单词,并模仿课文look and say对医患不同疾病进行简短的对话。
【学情分析】
五(3)班学生学习英语的环境一般,英语信息和知识的来源大都只是从学校和课堂获得。但是学生学习英语的兴趣比较浓厚,课上他们能积极投入到各种活动中,也比较乐于用英语与伙伴交流。学生学习英语虽只有四年之多,但部份学生有较强的英语表达能力,有一小部分学生英语语感较不理想。但我平时在教学时注重语音训练及一直比较注重给学生较多的输入,在课堂中进行适量的拓展,包括语言知识和语言能力的拓展。

一、语言知识目标:
1. 在语境中,能正确认读、理解本单元的核心词汇:fever, toothache, cough, cold,语音标准,书写正确。能够读出stethoscope ,tongue depressor等拓展词汇。
2. 在语境中,学习、理解和运用核心句型:What should I do?对疾病的建议进
行提问,并能用You should...进行回答。
3. 在语境中,学习、理解和运用特殊疑问句:What’s wrong with you?进行提问,并能用I have... She has...进行回答。
4. 在语境中,了解单词,通过各种活动体验健康的可贵,并表达对自己身体的爱惜。
5. 能借助图片、音视频学习音标/ ɜ:/,/ə/的发音,并能正确朗读相关单词和句子。
二、语言运用目标:
通过听说读写来学习语言;通过体验参与,合作讨论,游戏活动能用简单的语段介绍自己就诊时的情景,注意语音语调基本能体现各角色的情感。
三、情感态度目标:
1、通过谈论对疾病的就诊,表达对身体的爱护之情,懂得健康的可贵。
2、通过读绘本故事,感受阅读的乐趣。
