《Lesson 3 Let’s Play!》教学设计

教材分析：

本课时第一部分主要是李明、Danny等玩篮球，在学习的过程中要求学生明白Are you ready to…这个句型，记住throw，catch，difficult，easy，heavy，light这几个单词，并学会应用。第二部分是学习打乒乓球。学会单词hit，表示击打的意思，打到球可以说是hit the ball。打到手可以说hit the hand。学会这两个短语的意思并进行交流。本课教学内容离生活较近，学生在学校经常玩乒乓球或者打篮球，所以学生在学习之后，课余时间可以运用英语进行简单的表达。

教学目标

1.能听说读写词汇basketball, try, heavy, difficult, easy, hand；能听说并理解词汇throw, catch和hit。

2．能运用Are you ready to…这个句型进行表达。

3．能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂、朗读对话。

教学重、难点

1.掌握目标1中的重点单词和目标2中的句型。

2. 在学习如何打篮球和乒乓球的过程中，掌握两组反义词：easy-difficult, heavy-light，并了解一些常用动词及其变化形式：throw-throwing, hit-hitting等。

教学准备：实物、单词卡片、课件

教学过程

Step I Warm-up 1. Greetings. T: Good morning, Children. 2. 出示篮球和乒乓球的图片。

T: What sport do you want to play? T: Let’s play together.Are you ready?

点出本课的标题，并板书。

Step 2 Task presentation PPT展示篮球和乒乓球的图片，并简要介绍篮球选手姚明及乒乓球选手张怡宁，激发学生的学习兴趣。

Step 3 New Concepts 1. 教授 light和heavy:拿出篮球和乒乓球实物，让学生观察并根据实际经验说出两种球的区别，教授light和heavy，学生跟读并理解意思。

T: The basketball is heavy. The ping-pong ball is light. 学生掂一掂，感受一下light和heavy。并从教室找出其他实物，用两个句子进行描述。

The…is light. The…is heavy.

2. 教授throw和catch T: The basketball is heavy. I can’t play it. Who can teach me to ？请两名学生展示如何打篮球。

学生听令反应，初步理解词的含义。学生跟读throw和catch。

教学生边表演边说throw和catch。

3. 教授easy和difficult纠音，领读。

T:I can play ping-pong, it’s easy. I can’t play basketball,it’s difficult. 引导学生根据自己的生活体验进行表达。

4. Playing basketball 学生听课文录音并跟读，然后回答问题：

(1) Who throw the basketball? (2) Is ping-pong ball light or heavy? 5.点出重点句型Are you ready to…让学生在理解的基础上再试着运用。

6. 学习Playing ping-pong 通过TPR和图片呈现，帮助学生理解和运用hit。学生听课文录音并跟读,回答问题：

Can Danny hit the ball? 让学生理解hit的意思，知道打到球可以说是hit the ball；打到手可以说hit the hand。

Step 4 Practice and Production

1. Enjoy the sports. T: Sports are fun. Here is another interesting event. Let’s

enjoy it. What do they play? How do they play it? T: Catch the basketball 2.Let’s do it. T:Look at these pictures, and then complete the sentences. 学生完成第三部分的填空练习。
