一、 Warming up T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning. T: Is everyone here? How is everything going? Ss: Ok. /Not bad. /Fine… T: Well, you all had a good day. Now let’s sing the song we’ve learnt in Module 3 Row, row, row your boat. (设计意图：师生简单互致问候，快速回顾上节课所学英语歌曲，营造轻松愉悦的学习氛围，学生能较快进入学习状态。) 二、 Leading in Show the question: on this weekend, we’re going to have a picnic and enjoy the peony in Wangcheng Park. What kind of food do you want?

(设计意图：预设问题、自然导入新课，学习新知，利于新课的学习以及学生注意力的集中。) 三、 Presentation 1.

Draw some pictures on the blackboard. Let the students guess what they are. Have a good knowledge of the new words. (设计意图：板书画图，了解中式快餐，以简笔画的方式呈现，建立食物相关的词汇图，更加直观，利于学生消除新词障碍。) 2.

Let the students watch the video and listen for the first time. (设计意图：初步视听课文，对文本形成初步印象。) 3.

Watch the video again. Find the problems and take notes. (设计意图：第二次听课文，找出不会读或者不懂的地方，并做笔记，带着疑问有针对性地学习文本。) 4.

Enjoy the video again and read after the video one sentence by one sentence. Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. (设计意图：学生逐句跟读，加深印象，并对已标记的单词、短语、句子等读音问题进行初步解决。) 5.

Read the text by themselves. Solve the problems. (设计意图：自读课文，师巡视，解决个性化读音问题。同时预设多数学生不能独立完成的问题，进行答疑解惑。如：noodles with tomato and egg/ meat and potato.等) 6.

Watch the video for the last time and read after it. Try to imitate the text. (设计意图：再听课文，对文本熟练掌握并进行模仿，鼓励学生尝试对课文语音、语调进行模仿学习。) 四、 Practice 1.

Do a role play. Work in pairs. One acts as Daming and the other acts as Amy.

(设计意图：分角色演绎文本对话，学会说，鼓励学生积极展示，对学生的回答给予肯定并及时纠错。) 2.

Work in groups of four. Boys Daming and girls Amy. (设计意图:小组内进行对话训练，加深印象，巩固所学。) 五、 Production and summary Make a summary. Know how to ask and answer. ----Do you want…? ----Yes, please. Practice talking about food by using these words and sentences. For example, do you want some milk? (设计意图：对本节重点进行回顾，反复练习、巩固，用所学知识进行问答并展示，为实际运用做准备。) 六、 Homework Do a survey. Ask your family and friends what kind of food they want by using these words and sentences. Prepare the proper food for the picnic. (设计意图：结合本节所学，利用情景模拟，为实践所用,解决课前预设问题。) 七、Blackboard design
