Unit 7 On the farm. 一、教学目标: 1. 在教师的引导和训练下，学生能正确理解和朗读cartoon time中的故事，能读懂其中趣味之处，并养成良好的阅读习惯。

2. 能对照Ticking time的三个目标进行客观的自我评价。

3. 能综合运用本单元学到的单词和句型谈论身边的事物。

4. 继续复习巩固运用单复数在语境中的表达。

三、教学过程：

Step 1 Warm up

1、Greetings T: Hello, boys and girls. S: Hello. T:What’s this/shat? S: It’s a /an…

2、Sing a song《On the farm》

Step2:Review 1、看谁反应快

（PPT出示单词句型以及图片，让学生飞快的说出，看看谁的反应最快）

2、Look and guess T:Oh ,you are very great.And now do you know,What are these? S:They are pigs. T:What are those? S”They are cows. T:Very good.Now what are these?(PPT出示很多图片，教读单词pictures) 3、T：Look,who’s this?(学习句型Who’s this?)

S:It’s Bobby/Sam.

T:Do you remember Bobby and Sam?

Oh,let’s look at the story abou Bobby and Sam.

What will happen this time?

Step 2 Cartoon time 1. Watch the cartoon T: Boys and girls, do you know why Bobby is angry? S: Let’s watch again. T:Bobby is a boy.Tina is a girl.

The girl in the picture is Tina. T:Now can you answer my questions? A:What’s this in the picture? B:What are these in the picture? C:Who’s this in the picture?. 2. Read and say T: Yes. She’s Tina. Now please open your books and read this story. It’s on your book, Page … When you are reading, try to remember what they say. (阅读cartoon time部分，记一记每一幅图中的对话)

T: Now close your books. (PPT逐图显示) Who can be Sam/Bobby? T: Now read the story in pairs. (注意语气哦！) 3. Do the dubbing T: Now can you dub for the whole story together? 你们能为这个故事配音吗？

T: You can see the Chinese meaning here. So now it’s your ticking time. Please open your books and turn to Page 49 and tick it. T: Finished? Who gets three stars? (部分学生举手) T: OK. Now can you ask some questions using where?
