（一）Step 1

Warming up 1. Greeting T: Good morning children. Do you know what date it is today? Let’s see. Today is the 12th of December. Ss: The 12th of December. T: And today is Tuesday. Ss: Tuesday. 设计意图：每节课，向学生介绍当天的日期，让学生有一个时间的观点，同时也在慢慢渗透以后将要学习的知识。

2. Ask and Read T: How many seasons（季节）

in a year?

Ss: There are four seasons.

T: Very good. Let’s count together. Spring, summer, autumn, winter.

And do you know how many months(月)

in a year?

Ss: There are 12 months in a year.

T: Let’s count. January, February…

设计意图：复习旧单词spring, summer, autumn, winter，引出新单词month,同时扩展一下新单词，January, February…。

（二）Step 2

Leading in

1. Watch a video

(1) T plays a video about Peppa Pig’s sports day. Before watching the video, T teaches the word “sports day”. Using the word card to play the game, “ train, train, train”.

(2) The lesson about “ In the competition, having fun is much more important than winning” is given to the students. 设计意图：借由小猪佩奇的运动会这一视频引入“sports day”，同时通过视频，对学生进行“享受比赛过程比赢得结果重要”这一情感教育。

Presentation

1. Listen and learn the new words

T introduces a new friend Mimi, and guides Ss to learn the sports events in Mimi’s school.

先用思维导图的形式呈现出本节课要求掌握的单词和词组“run the 100 metres”

“ run the 200 meters”

“ run the 300 meters”

“ do the high jump”

“ do the long jump”，让学生有个大概的印象。之后再逐一呈现单词和词组，老师教读，用

“开火车”，“大小声”，分男女生读，分小组读等形式操练单词。

2. Listen and learn a text

(1) T read a text about Mimi and her friends for the students, and guides Ss to learn the sentences “ Are you going to…?”

“Yes, I am”

“No, I am not.”

and the new words “ good luck”

“come on”.

(2) Read after the teacher.

(3) Role-play 设计意图：在语境中，学习单词，学生会更容易理解，更真实。

（四）Step 4

Consolidation 1. Review the words

T presents the “run the 100 metres”

“ run the 200 meters”

“ run the 300 meters”

“ do the high jump”

“ do the long jump” on PPT. Ss look and say.

2. Do a survey

Do a survey about what your friends are going to do on sports day. 设计意图：通过复习和练习，学生才能牢固掌握知识，并学以致用。

1. 本节课的教学设计思路清晰，教学活动比较丰富，教学时间把握也还可

以，教学效果也比较理想。

2. 本节课基本做到了突出重点，突破难点，学生基本能做到听说，认读

单词和词组：sports day, win, month, hundred, metre, luck, good luck, come

on, high jump, long jump。在做调查问卷时，学生也能比较流利地运用句

型“Are you going to…?”

“Yes, I am./ No, I’m not.”进行问答。

3. 在教学过程最后的巩固环节，还可以多加一些书面的单词练习活动，

适当训练学生写方面的能力。
