Unit 8 We are twins

Period 1

教学目标:

1.能听懂、会说、会读表示家庭成员的词汇,如三年级上册所学的father, mother, brother, sister, uncle以及本课新学的aunt。2.能听懂、会说、会读句型:Who’s he / she?及其回答He’s / She’s…和日常用语Who’s that girl? She’s… She’s my…We’re twins.

3.能听懂、会说、会读词汇:girl, we, we’re=we are, twin, aunt

4.能初步感知Story time的内容,整体理解对话的意思,并能运用所学语言进行交流。

5.能较熟练地朗读Story time内容,在理解的基础上分角色表演对话。

6.能在正确的场合用所学句型询问自己想认识的人是谁,或为他人解答某人是谁。

7.引导学生热爱自己的家庭。

教学重点:

1.词汇:we, girl, twin

2.句型:Who’s he / she? He’s / She’s…He’s / She’s my …

3.整体理解对话内容,初步感知交际用语的运用,能熟练跟读和模仿。

教学难点:

1.词汇:we, girl, twin等单词的读音

2.句型Who’s he / she? Who’s that girl? 及其回答He’s / She’s…

教学过程:

Step One: Warm up

播放歌曲Who’s she?为所教内容做铺垫。结束时,教师总结What a happy family!

Step Two:Lead—in

1、呈现双胞胎的照片,呈现完后:

T: They can say:We are twins.(引入课题)

T:Today,we’ll learn unit 8 We’re twins. We’re means 我们是,twins means 双胞胎。

2、T: Today, we’ll learn Story time. This is learning aims. 1.I get to talk about my family and relatives.

2.I can understand ,read and act the story.

3.I try to use “who” to ask questions.

双胞胎双胞胎城的双胞胎节双胞胎城(Twinsburg)在美国的俄亥俄州。每年8月第一个星期的头三天,这座城市都会举行双胞胎节,每到这时候,全世界有数百万的双胞胎(twins)来参加盛会。Miss Li将要告诉学生们一个好消息:本周我校将举办一次双胞胎聚会活动!你想参加吗?你想认识更多的双胞胎朋友吗?如果闯关成功,即有机会参加聚会哦!还在等什么!Hurry up!

4、第一关 Game: Magic eyes

T: 规则规则:如果你看到猪,就说yeah, yeah, yeah。如果你看到单词或图片,就大声地说出这个单词!T: Great! You can go into the second level.

5、第二关 Judging time

T: Look at the picture. Who’s_that man _?

引出 a man 教授 a man

呈现板书 Who’s he? He’s…

T: Look at the picture. Who’s___that woman__?

引出 a woman 教授 a woman

呈现板书 Whho’s she ? She’s…

T: Who’s that man ? Miss Li will give you two tips. He’s a man.

He’s Mike’s father’s brother.

So, he is Mike”s _uncle.____ 引出uncle

T: Who’s that woman? Miss Li will give you two tips,too. She is a woman.

She is Yang Ling’s mother’s sister.

So, she is Yang Ling’s__aunt__. 引出 aunt

6、第三关 My family photo

T: You can choose these sentences to ask me. I’ll give you the answers.

S: Wh o’s that woman?

T: This is me.

S: Who’s that boy?

T: He’s my son.

S: Who’s that man?

T: He’s my husband.

Step Three: Presentation

1、第四关 Story time

T: Excellent! Let’s go into the fourth level.

T: Look! Who,’s she?

S: She’s Yang Ling.

T: Who’s he?

S: He’s Mike.

T: Today,there’s an open day in Mike’s school.Do you know “Open day” ?

引出 open day 开放日

T: Today is open day . Who will Yang Ling and Mike meet ? Let’s watch the

Cartoon,then answer the question.

T:(看完后)Let’s circle. Who do Yang Ling and mike meet? S: aunt,uncle,Suhai and Suyang

2、区分Su Hai 和Su Yang.

T: Which is Su Hai? Which is Su Yang?

T: Let’s watch the cartoon again. Before reading, Miss Li will give you a learning tip.

Are you ready? Let’s go!

T: (看完后) Who can judge?(可以中文回答)

S: 第一个是Su Hai, 第二个是Su Yang.

T: How do you discriminate Su Hai and Su Yang?

S: (中文回答) 紫色发圈的是Su Hai,黄色发圈的是 Su Yang.

T: 给出Learing tip.

3、T: You are wonderful! Let’s imitate the story. 提示:注意模仿语音语调哦。

T: You do a good job.

4、T: Let’s read Story time.

T : You can choose one way to read the story. (给生几分钟操练)

T: Have you finished? Which group can read for us?

5、扮演 Mike

T: Let’s play Mike, fill in the blanks.

(给生几分钟完成填空,然后让生发言)

S: 生回答

6、T: Congratulations! Welcome to the twins’s party !

Step Four: Consolidation

T: Le’s show time .

T: You can use these sentences to make a dialogue. For example: S1: Hello!

S2: Hello!

S1: Who’s he?

S2: He’s my brother.
