教材内容分析:

本故事呈现的是Zoom和Zip招聘足球守门员。学生除了复习巩固句型How tall/heavy are you? He’s taller/bigger than …以外,还要通过图片和上下文理解新单词和新句子:goalkeeper, guy, excellent, Football needs teamwork.孩子们特别是大部分男孩子,在生活中已经观看过世界杯足球赛,对于守门员的表达和理解不陌生。

教材目标:

学生能通过阅读趣味故事,复习巩固本单元所学的语言,理解故事内容;能按照正确的语音、语调朗读故事;能运用恰当的身体语言表演故事。

教学重点:

学生能通过阅读趣味故事,复习巩固本单元所学的语言,理解和朗读故事内容。教材难点:

能运用恰当的身体语言表演故事。

教学过程:

1Warm-up

T: Boys and girls, I have a football. Let’s play with this football. I can pass the ball to you. Can you? Let’s pass the ball one by one. (待学生传几个人后)Stop here, now you pass the ball to me. Thank you.

T: I can throw the ball. Can you catch the ball? Now I will throw. Are you ready? (老师把球扔向学生)Oh, you catch the ball. Can you throw the ball? (接住球的学生把球扔向其他学生)You can catch the ball too.

T: (把第二次接住球的学生请到前面)Please come here. I will kick the ball to you. Can you catch the ball this time? (老师踢球,学生接球)Oh, you can be a good goalkeeper.

T: Who can act like a goalkeeper? (让学生上前表演守门员的动作)Oh, maybe you can be an excellent goalkeeper. Thank you.

2 Let’s talk

3 Let’s enjoy a story

T: Now let’s enjoy the story. Here is a question for you. Who need a goalkeeper? Let’s watch and answer. (播放动画,让学生回答,老师根据学生回答板书贴上动物头像) T: Zoom and Zip need a goalkeeper. Who wants to be a goalkeeper? This time please read the story by yourselves. Ready, go. (老师根据学生回答板书,贴上动物头像) T: They want to be a goalkeeper. But Zebra and Giraffe can’t be the goalkeepers. Why? Please read the story again and tell me. (学生回答,老师板书关键词和关键句子) T: Zebra and Giraffe can’t be the goalkeepers. Who is the goalkeeper at last? Why? (学生回答,老师板书关键词和关键句子)

T: All of you understand the story very well. Now let’s listen and repeat. Please pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. (老师播放录音,学生一句句跟读。) 4 Let’s read in groups

T: Let’s read the story in groups. I hope you read loudly, correctly and emotionally. First let’s wear a headdress and read in class. I am the Dog. Who is the Zebra? (把另外6个角色分配下去,和学生一起示范朗读。)
