第一课时

1、知识目标

（1）能听懂、会读、会说breakfast, eleven, twelve, hurry up, wake up, time.

（2）能听懂、会读、会说日常交际用语“What time is it?” “It’s……o'clock.” “It’s time for…..”

2、能力目标：

（1）能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话和复数刘涛一天的活动。

( 2 )能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型介绍自己的一天。

3、情感目标

激发学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生知道珍惜时间和树立学习英语的自信心。

教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 1 Time to sing and dance Warming up with the song “1to 10 penguins”

to review the numbers from 1to 10. 2 Time for game The teacher show the rules of the game on the screen: ⑴When you see the number, say it loudly. 当你看到数字，请大声地说出它。

⑵When you see a penguin which is having a running race, say ”Hurry up!”

当你看到参加跑步比赛的 ,说”Hurry up! ”

Show the numbers from 1 to 12 on the screen. Make them in the shape of a clock. Teach the numbers eleven and twelve. T: Look, what’s this? S: It’s a clock. Teach the new word: clock. T: What can the clock tell us? S: Time. T: Yes. It can tell us the time. Today we’ll learn “Unit 6 What time is it?”

2 Look and learn the structure Show the title and teach the structure “What time is it? ”

T show a clock and ask “What time is it?”

S :It’s eight o’clock. Teach the new word “o’clock”. T show the word cards of “a clock” and “o’clock”. Guide the students to think about what the differences. The students will find out the writing and meaning are different. Show a tip: o’clock的含义是“……点钟”，它只在整点的时候使用。

3 Work in pairs Guide the students to work in pairs to ask and answer with their clocks. Step 3 Perception 1.Listen and tick Show the first picture of the dialogue. T: Look, Liu Tao and his mum are coming . There’s a clock on the wall. What time is it?
