Where? 一

教学内容分析 本课是冀教版小学英语三年级下册第一单元第五课。在本课学生学习介词in，on，under和名词box。能运用介词词组in the box，on the box，under the box和句型Where is...? It’s ...来表达“在哪儿”。鼓励学生使用所学内容回答问题，并在此基础上表演对话, 充分练习学生的语言表达能力和综合运用能力。

学习者分析 三年级的学生，思维活跃，以形象思维为主，有效注意时间较短。对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣。他们愿意和同学交流，乐于表达自己，希望得到鼓励。在组织课堂教学时，我采取多种教学方式，力求调动学生的积极性，使学生快乐学习。

教学目标 1.知识与技能目标

（1）学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写介词：in，on，under以及名词box （2）学生能运用下列句型表述方位：Where is...?

培养学生学习英语的兴趣，对日常生活中的事物能用英语的思维进行思考。

（2）通过小组合作，培养学生的参与意识和协作精神。

2.学习目标 （1）学生能够进行小组合作练习，共同完成学习任务和小组表演，锻炼学生的交际能力。

（2）通过玩具创设情境，观看教学光盘等活动让学生注意听音和模仿。

（3）通过对第四部分Letters and sounds的跟读与拓展，让学生初步感知语音规律。

教学过程 StepⅠ Class Opening (3 minutes) 1. Greeting T: Good morning, boys and girls, welcome to Rick’ s class. Ss: Good morning ,Rick! 2. enjoy a song, Old MacDonald had a farm (2 minutes) T: In the beginning of the class, let’s enjoy a song, please show me your hands！

Ss: listen and sing the song 本单元学习内容为animal，而这首歌曲是本单元第一课时学习的，歌曲内容生动形象，可以帮助学生把本单元学习的动物进行一个整体复习，同时顺利引入新课。）

StepⅡ New Concepts 1. new letters and sounds (3 minutes)

（设计意图：跟读字母m n l i和他们相关的单词mouth dance leg等,感受正确发音。让学生每个单词跟读三遍，加深印象，渗透了音标教学。）

T: (出示PPT) boys and girls, please read after me! m mouth, mouth mouth mouth, swim, swim swim swim Ss ( read after the teacher) T: n dance, dance dance dance, nose, nose nose nose T: l leg, leg leg leg, lake, lake lake lake T: i nine, nine nine nine, five, five five 2. guessing game (3 minutes) This is a box. (出示字母卡，拼读b-o-x渗透自然拼读法。) (猫在盒子上) Look . Where is the cat? Ss: It’s in the box.

引出单词并教授。

on the box 拍手Chant “on, on, on the box /on the desk” in the box 拍手Chant “in, in, in the box / in the book” under the box 拍手Chant “under, under, under the box /under the desk”

T: Let’s play a guessing game. You should guess what is in the box using the sentences below. Ss: OK

A: Can it____?(fly,swim,run...) B: Yes, it can.\No, it can’t.

A: Is it a ____? B: Yes, it is.\No, it isn’t.

3. Key sentences （指其中一幅图）Look at the picture. Where is the cat? Ss: It’s...

（板书句子）Where is the cat? It’s...

并以Chant的形式读一遍板书上的句子。

设计意图：用实物盒子和小猫玩具引出新授单词in, on, under，联系生活实际，再用chant的形式朗读记忆，重点知识就能轻松习得。）

4. Practice with the sentences. （指幻灯图片）Where is the …? S1: It’s... (依次练习句型) T: You can ask next student. Where is the cat/dog/rabbit? So beautiful! Look. In, on, under. 5.Practice in groups (小组内练习) Now, you can practice with in, on and under. (老师举例) For example: Where is the …?

6. Group presentation (小组展示) 7. 听录音第一、三部分。（第三部分先听一遍，再跟读一遍）

口头练习课本第三部分内容。

T: Look at the box. An animal is in it. Is it a cat? Ss: No, it isn’t. T: Can it swim? Ss: Yes, it can. T: It can say “quack, quack”. It’s a duck.

（口头练习时，拿出精心准备的Danny 和 Jenny 的头饰，分别选两个男生和两个女生扮演，进行两组role play）

8. Guessing game(show time)

What’s in the box?（幻灯出示一个盒子）

T: There is a box, too. Guess. What’s in the box?

学生运用所给句子来猜，老师回答Yes or No. Ss: Is it a duck / rabbit ...? Ss: Can it swim / fly / run...?（猜到后打开盒子）

幻灯出示2个盒子，学生蒙眼，猜第一个盒子里是什么动物。 第二个盒子三个人猜，第三个盒子四个学生猜。全班同学能看到图片并用学过的句子回答Yes or No. 猜对的同学奖励相应的动物玩具。

计意图：教师课件出示一个盒子让学生猜，运用文中句子进行练习。最后出示三个盒子，采用游戏加竞赛的方式反复练习，既巩固复习了所学知识，又将竞争机制引入课堂，从而激发了学生的学习兴趣。）

9. Summary and Share (3 minutes) T: Today, we have learned Lesson 5. (读黑板上的重点内容) T: In unit 1, we have learned many animals. Let’s share!
