一、教学目标：

1、知识与技能目标：

（1）使学生能听懂、说出并认读单词“men、women、children、people 、many、everyone”。

（2）学生能够熟练应用“Who is this? This is a . What is he/she doing? He/She is ing. What are these? These are . What are they doing? They are ing.……”等句型进行对话练习。 并能正确运用“ men 、

women 、children”这些名词的单、复数形式。

2、过程与方法目标：

（1）学生通过小组合作学习，能够运用所学英语知识来表达看到的事情，更轻松地进行语言操练，并体验小组合作的收获与愉悦。

（2）学生通过多媒体课件展示，整体感知学习内容，接受语言信息，体验感受旅行的快乐，激发生活情趣。

（3）学生通过小组互相评价，更清晰地认识自我，体验合作，感受成功。并能够积极参与、努力实践。

3、情感态度价值观：

（1）培养学生较好的文化意识与英语语感。

（2）增强学生合作意识及良好的竞争意识。

四、教学重难点：

1、使学生掌握单词“men、women、children、people、many、everyone”。

2、学生能够利用本课所学知识进行情感交际练习。

五、教学课时：1课时

六、教具准备：

课件、点读机、评价表、小组获胜星卡、活动头饰。

七、教学过程

Step 1:Class opening and review

1、Sing a song. “Do you know this man?”

（设计意图：教师与学生一起sing，有利于激发学生的学习兴趣，激活学生原有的知识this, that, boy, girl, man, woman, 为学习新知识做必要的准备）

2、Greeting: Hello! Boys and girls! How are you? Are you happy? Now, look out the window. How’s the weather today? I like sunny days. Because we can go on trips. Let’s go on a trip, Ok? 3、Show the picture of

“Some famous places in Beijing” to the students. So, Beijing is great!

Let’s go to Beijing by train.

4、Show the train on PPT. Now we’re on the train.

We can look out the window on the train. What can you see? （Review “I see……”）

（设计意图：创设在火车内的情境，使学生不知不觉引入新知，街接自然，容易接受新知识。）

Sept 2:New concept

（一）part 1 1、课件出示boy,girl,baby,child图，What can you see? （课件继续出示句型）

This is a boy. / This is a child. / This is a girl./This is a baby.……

(板书：boy, boys，girl，girls, baby, babies, child) Who is a boy? Stand up,please. Who is a girl? Stand up,please. Who is a child? The boy is a child. The girl is a child,too. Boys and girls are children. (板书children),拼读children=child+ren.区别child 与children. 2、课件出示man图，What can you see? （课件继续出示句型）

This is a man. / One man. 板书：man 2、课件出示men图, Is this a man? ( 课件继续出示句型) No,these are men. / Many men.（拼读men，从音形区别man 与men）板书：men 3、用同样的形式，课件展示学习woman, women等单词。

4、课件出示people图, Men, women and children are people.板书，拼读people. 5、课件出示Beijing Train Station图, Look, what’s this place? It’s Beijing Train Station.

Oh, We arrive in Beijing. （板书课题）

We sat on the train for a long time.

I’m very tired. Are you tired?

Ask more students. ……So, Everyone is tired.（板书everyone）. （设计意图：通过多媒体课件出示单词直观、形象，能吸引学生的注意力，激发学习兴趣，并在教授单词时展示各个词之间的联系，渗透给学生学习策略。）

（二）part 2 1、Do you want to know what Li Ming, Danny, Jenny and Mrs. Li see in the train station? Now, open your book , look at the part one. Listen to the tape. When the second listening, read after. Then free reading a minute,and read it one by one. 2、课件出示Beijing Train Station图，

How many people are there in the Beijing Train Station? ( Many people ) 3、课件展示更多图片，

Who are they? What are they doing in the train station?（

They are buying tickets. They are crying. They are playing cards.）

4、Open your book and look at the part two. Listen to the tape, then answer these questions:

1) What are the women doing?

2) What are the children doing? 3) What are the men doing? Let the student to answer questions and answer correct give evaluation.

（设计意图：学生带着问题听录音，可以帮助学生理解文本大意，利于培养学生语言理解能力。适当的评价，会激发学生的学习兴趣。）

Step 3:Practice

1、Teacher gives the students some headdress.Talk about something.The students in themselves groups can make up some dialogues, use the words they have learned today.

（设计意图：学生结组进行对话练习，巩固所学知识，并培养合作意识，增强综述能力。）

Let a row of students answer one by one. Step 4: Class Closing

1、Class summary . voted the best team, to their star card. （设计意图：通过学生小组互评，增强合作意识，体验成功感受，也可以让学生认识自我，成为学习的主人，并促进学生养成认真倾听的好习惯。）

2、Homework：

Let the students find some pictures， Introduce about the people of the picture, then write down some sentences. 3、Let’s sing a song.“Do you know this man”

（设计意图：在愉快的歌声中结束课堂，培养学生语感的同时，增强对英语的热爱）。
