一、教学分析

本节课是一节英语阅读课，内容是一则英语寓言故事，The Country Mouse and the City Mouse。小学阶段的英语阅读课主要目的旨在激发和培养学生阅读的兴趣，能使学生读懂简易的英语读物，帮助学生在阅读学习过程中形成有效的阅读策略。

二、教学过程

Step One: Greetings and Free talk T: Good morning, boys and girls.

S: Good morning. ……

Step Two: Pre-reading (Lead-in) 1. Revision Show some pictures to students.（引出单词city和country）

T: Look, there are many pictures here. Can you tell me

what it/they is/are? Where can we see it/them? S: In the country./In the city.

Step Three: Reading

1. ①Skimming略读

T: Ok, please take out your book, try to read the story by yourself. Underline the words you don’t know.

②Teach the new words ③

Reading and Answering朗读回答

T: We should read English loudly. Now let’s try to read the story loudly.

Then answer the questions. Where did they live when they were young? Where did Rock move when they grew up? What does Rock eat in the city? Why did Tony like the country？

④Repeating（复述）

Step Four: Homework Tell the story to your parents.

T: Boys and girls, you all did a good job today.
