Lesson 3 Let’s Play! 教学设计

一、教学分析

教材内容分析

本课选自于冀教版英语六年级下册第一单元Lesson 3 Let’s play，本单元围绕“运动”这个话题，展开各种运动形式的讨论，本课通过Danny、Li Ming和Jenny在运动场上运动的故事，学习各种体育运动的英语表达及句型。在交流和体验中完成对本课重点知识的学习，并体会运动带来的乐趣。

教学重点：

在学习如何打篮球和乒乓球的过程中，掌握两组反义词：easy---difficult、heavy---light，并了解一些常用动词及其变化形式:throw---throwing、hit---hitting等。

教学难点：

正确流利的表达或描述运动的过程和及其感受。

学情分析

运动是孩子们乐于参与的活动，通过以前的学习，孩子们已经知道了一些表示运动的相关单词或短语，比如play ping-pong/basketball/football等，也已经掌握了一些口语对话的语言。

教学方法分析

教学方法：情境教学法、交际法

学法：学生个体活动，小组协作活动，全班活动交替协调，让学生主

动的学，轻松的学，快乐地学，变学生被动的接受知识的过程为主动，探索，创造的学习过程。

二、教学目标

语言知识：

1.

能听说读写词汇basketball, try, heavy, difficult, easy, hand；能听说并理解词汇throw, catch 和hit。

2.

在对运动器材直观感知的过程中能熟练运用句型The….is light/heavy. This is too easy/different。来表达自己的感受。能准确运用短语throw/catch the basketball, hit the ball以及句型Let me try等描述运动的过程。

语言技能：

1. 能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂、朗读对话。

2. 能灵活运用关键句型表演或创编新的对话。

情感态度：

通过本课的学习，让学生体会到英语学习的乐趣，乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语，在交流中感受运动的乐趣，培养学生安全运动的意识。

三、教学过程

Step I Warming-up 1. Greetings. T: Good morning, boys and girls. S: Good morning, Miss Chen.（师生问候，营造轻松愉快的学习氛围。）

2.学生观看萌娃打篮球的视频片段

T:There is an interesting video here. Let’s enjoy it. After watching, answer the question: What are they playing? Ss: They are playing basketball. T: Do you like them?

Ss: Yes! T: I like them, too. They are very lovely.(学生欣赏视频，营造有趣、轻松的氛围，激活学生已知的运动项目。) Step II New concept 1. 教授throw和catch T: Do you know any famous basketball players? Ss:Yao Ming, James,Kobe,Jordan and so on.

呈现姚明的投球图片，教授单词throw,并注意字母组合ow 的发音，然后引申出词组throw the ball, 最后是句子：He is throwing the ball. 呈现姚明的接球照片。

T: Is he throwing the ball? Ss: No. 教授单词catch和词组:catch the ball. (TPR引出throw, catch,纠音) T: Here’s an interesting game. Throw and catch. Throw and catch the ball in 10 seconds. Say

“…，catch the ball”

as you do it. First call his or her name. then say‘catch the ball.’(两组分别传接球)

T: Are you ready? Okay, throw the ball. T: Let me see. Who is the winner? Team…is better.

TPR, 区分throw和catch。

2. 教授easy和difficult T: I can throw and catch the ball. It is easy for me to play basketball. 引出easy,板书，纠音,注意字母组合ea的发音。

What is easy for you? 学生想一想，说一说：

It’s easy for me to …. 最后一个学生说It is easy for me to play football. T：I can’t play football. It is difficult for me to play football.板书difficult,教读。

And it is difficult for me to push the table. It is difficult for me to touch the top of the blackboard. What is difficult for you?

学生回答句子。

教师再次提问：Is it easy or difficult for Danny to play basketball? Listen and imitate: 出示问题：

T: Can Danny catch the ball? Can Danny throw the ball? Is it easy or difficult for Danny to play basketball? Please listen and imitate.

Check the answers: Can Danny catch the ball? Can Danny throw the ball? Is it easy or difficult for Danny to play basketball? Why? Because the basketball is too heavy.

3.教授heavy 和light 由回答引出单词heavy,板书，教读。再通过实物篮球和乒乓球进行比较: The ping-pong ball is light.板书light.领读，纠音。

举例子：石头和纸片比较重量。The stone is heavy.The piece of paper is light.归纳句型The…is heavy. The…is light. 学生通过句型说出更多的句子。

4. Playing ping-pong T: Danny can not throw the basketball. Can Danny hit the ping-pong ball? 教授hit. 领读。

Listen and imitate . T: Where does Danny hit? Does Danny hurt? T: Look. I’m hitting the ball. Do you want to play? This is the second game. Hit the ball to the wall. Who wants to try? Let’s count. How many times does he hit?(因为教室没有合适的墙壁，所以用黑板代替了墙)

Step III Practice and Production 1.Group work T: It is interesting to play sports. Now make a dialogue about an interesting game. (创编对话：有关一场有趣的比赛)Talk about how to play and say it in English.You can use these sentences. Then play it with your partners. My favourite sport is …
