1. Introduction to the teaching material

The topic of the unit is “working the land”. All the listening, speaking, reading and writing exercises are designed according to this subject. In this unit, the students are required to learn about the biography of Yuan Longping and the concept of organic farming. They are required to master some related vocabularies on farming.
