Unit 6 At the snack bar 教学内容:

Story time

教学目标:

1、通过游戏活动,能初步感知、体验单词“at, coffee, tea, juice, rice, fish, big, snack bar, hamburger, a glass of, noodles, dad, sandwich, a cup of”并理解单词的意思。

2、通过在情境中交流,能听说读: “What would you like? I’d like …, please. Anything else?”并会运用所学句型。

3、能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语学会点餐及征求别人的意见。

4、通过行为对比,理解基本的餐厅礼仪。

教学重点: 1、通过游戏活动,能初步感知、体验单词“at, coffee, tea, juice, rice, fish, big, snack bar, hamburger, a glass of, noodles, dad, sandwich, a cup of”并理解单词的意思。

2、通过在情境中交流,能听说读: “What would you like? I’d like …, please. Anything else?”并会运用所学句型。

1、能正确地理解并朗读演绎对话内容。

2、能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语学会点餐及征求别人的意见

教学过程

Step1 Warming up& Lead in 观看Rhyme time《What would you like?》视频,初步感知话题与新句型。

Step2 Pre-reading 1.

Free talk, 通过已有的知识引入新单词、短语。教师把学生提供的词汇记录到黑板上。

T: Hello, class. I want to know your favourite food. T: Hello, xx. What do you like to eat ?

S: I like ... T: What about you, xx ? S: I like... T: We can use a word to summarize all above, snacks.

S: Snacks.

T: What do you like to drink ?

S: I like ...

T: What about you, xx ? S: I like... T: We can use a word to summarize all above, drinks.

S: Drinks.

2. 以思维导图形式板书,以旧带新,教学单词“a hamburger, a sandwich,

some noodles”

3. Read the words: “a hamburger, a sandwich, some noodles”

Practice in pairs. 4.

T: Where can we buy the snacks and drinks? At the snack bar. Let’s get to know something about a snack bar. Step3 While-reading 1.展示常见快餐店logo,帮助学生建立联系生活的概念。

T: Look at these logos, these are snack bars, such as KFC, Burger King... 2.出示图片引导学生问答。

T: Who are they in the picture? S: They’re Mike, Helen and their dad. T: Where are they? S: They’re at a snack bar. T: Now let’s watch a video, try to circle what do they order. 3.观看视频后填表,梳理文章内容。

Teach: “anything else, a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, a glass of juice”

Read one by one.

4.听录音跟读课文,引导学生模仿语音语调。

5. Group work. Read or act in three. Step 4 Post-reading 1.

引导学生思考在餐厅里服务员和顾客之间会有怎样的对话。

T: What does the waitress say?

S1:What would you like? S2:Anything else? S3:Here you are. T:What can a customer say? S1: I’d like ...

S2: ...,please. T:What others can they say? For example, will they greet each other when they meet? 记录学生的回答,分两列板书。引导学生拓展、诵读学习。

2. 模拟场景创编对话。

Show some pictures of food and drinks. Ask each other and act the dialogue in groups. ( 利用板书上的资源,创编点餐对话。)

3.观看视频,教小鳄鱼学餐厅礼仪。引导学生思考,在餐厅里应当如何行为,遵循餐厅礼仪的重要性。

Homework:

1.

听磁带,读故事3遍;

2. 用What would you like? I’d like …, please. Anything else? 的句型来进行点餐。

3. 用所学的句型试着创编对话,进行点餐,课后小组交流。

板书设计:

成功之处:课堂活动多样,在学生课前预习的基础上很大程度上拓展了生活场景中的实用知识,能够充分调动学生兴趣。

不足之处:基础的单词句型训练不够充分。
