Free talk: I have some changes. Before I was a university student. Now I am a teacher. Changes are all around us. Do you have some changes? Talk about your chages.

Purpose: The purpose of doing that is to make a relaxing atmosphere to attract the students’ attention. As well, it can help the students review the learned knowledge for the new steps.

The earth has some changes. Watch the cartoon again and discuss about the folling questions:

What was the earth like before?

What is the earth like now?

What should we do and what will be the earth like in the future? Let students have a group discussion and finish the chart. Let students have a self- study and try to ask some questions by themselves.
