教学过程 :

Step 1、Revision

1. Greetings.

2. Revise the words and sentences in this unit.

Step 2、presentation

1、show the picture:

T: what’ s this? The teacher can explain it :caveman. Ss: It’ s a caveman.

T: What did they eat at that time? Teacher can help them . Ss: They eat raw meat .

T: Yes ,they didn’t cook their food ,so they only could eat raw meat. But now there are many things to help us to cook . Can you know?

Ss :They can answer in Chinese. They must have more and more answers.

T:Ask the students to talk freely .Maybe they can talk about the cooking robot ,cleaning robot and so on.

T:Yes.In 2050 ,there will be house robots .They will cook ,clean and wash the dishes.

2、Show some pictures and tell a story to the students .

Many years ago , there were many trees , and there many clean rivers .Human lived on the earth ,whales lived in the sea . Birds could fly happily . How beautiful the world was ! But now , there are more and more buildings , more and more factories ,more and more cars .There are not many whales .The birds even can hardly find their homes .What should we do then?

Ss :Talk with the groups .Maybe they can answer :

We should help the whales .

We should help the birds .

We can protect the water .And …

T:Yes .Don’t worry .People will help them .Heal the world ! It is our duty!
