Eat good foods, do exercise and work hard! 2、If we want to have a healthy body, we should keep a good state of mind. 3）教学重难点：

Let the students learn the word and the sentences, use them to say new sentences freely. 4) 教学准备：

The normal teaching tools and the multimedia.

教学过程：

1、Greeting. T: Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello, teacher. T: How are you today? Ss: Fine, thank you. And you? T: I’m very well. Thank you! 2、Review and lead into the new content. a、A rhyme.

T: Before our class, there is a rhyme for you. Its name is A healthy body. (Show the first slide.) It’s easy for you. Can you read it?

Ss: Yes. (The teacher calls three or four students to read it.) Then the boys read the black sentences. The girls read the blue sentences. Read the green sentences together. 设计意图：通过这个rhyme，让学生总结使身体强壮健康的因素，达到复习前面内容的目的，并成功引出本课新授内容。
