教学内容:通过上节课的Kate去医院的场景,学生已经基本了解如何询问和回答姓名、年龄等个人基本信息。本节课创设去医院看病的情景,通过此情景,学生学习主要语言目标What’s wrong with you? I have a fever and a headache. 通过对话操练,学生能够询问对方身体的状况,表达自己身体的感受,能听懂医生的叮嘱。

教学目标:

1、主要语言知识目标

What’s wrong with you? I have a fever and a headache.

Can I go to school tomorrow?

No. You should take some medicine / take a good rest / drink more water.

2、技能目标:

(1)通过去医院的场景,使学生熟练掌握询问和回答姓名、年龄等个人基本信息的方法。

(2)通过对话操练,学生能够询问对方身体的状况,表达自己身体的感受,能听懂医生的叮嘱。

3、情感态度目标:

(1)从学生生活实际出发,创设贴近学生生活的情境,吸引和调动学生的积极性,是指敢于开口说英语、运用英语、

积极参与、主动请教,让学生体验学习的快乐和成功的喜悦。(2)通过场景的创设和对话的学习使学生学会关心他人,并能发挥创造力深入理解和运用所学语言表达自己的感受和对他人的关爱之情。

4、学习策略:

(1)学生通过与教师的交流在掌握What’s wrong with you? I have a fever and a headache.询问和表达不同的感受。

(2)学生通过学习新语言,总结出医生对于病人的询问和建议方法,能扮演医生恰当的给出同学建议。

(3)通过朗读课文,内化词汇和语言。

(4)学生通过课堂活动,把所学的语言与生生的家庭生活实际结合起来,进一步提高学习兴趣,促进和提升学生引用英语表达的能力。

教学过程:

1、warming up

(1)do the revision about ills and teacher’s suggest.e.g. have a bad cold/fever/headache/cough/stomachache/toothache /take some medicine / take a good rest / drink more water. 设计意图,教师通过带领学生复习所学语言为下面的对话学习奠定基础。

(2)In the last lesson we know Kate goes to the doctor. Let’s watch that story again. Try to tell me what the doctor asks and what the doctor suggests?

设计意图,通过Kate去医院的场景,复习本节课的重点句型,为下一步的情景对话提供有效的支持。

2、Create a scene

There are tow hospitals near our school. One is THE BROWN HOSPITAL.It is good at cold /fever/cough.The other is THE GREEN HOSPITAL.It is good at headache/stomachache /toothache.Choose one ill and write it on a piece of paper.Find one hospital to see the doctor.

设计意图,通过此场景锻炼学生自主使用英语单词句子

的能力,培养学生通过使用学过的知识,在交流中获取信息的能力。

3、dialogue practising

(1)Ask the students to find the doctor’s questions.

Let the students use the questions to do the dialogue.

设计意图:通过模仿医生的问题让学生来进行扮演扎实的练习各种不同的疾病的表达方式突破本节课的难点。
