教材分析

The emphasis of this period will be placed on the important new words,expressions and sentence patterns in the part of reading . In order to make students understand these important points thoroughly,we can fist get students to understand their meanings in the contest ,and later offer some practices to make students master their usages. 教学重点

Enable students to grasp some useful words and phrases : calculate , simplify , universal ,solve, reality, total , explore , application , as a result. 2.

Step 1 greetings and lead in. Step2 Show students the learning aims and review the words in the part of reading. 1.

Do task1---Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks in the form. 设计意图：与reading对接，利用电脑发展的时间轴，在回顾之前所学知识的同时，对单词进行了听写检测，并且同时通过听原文录音也练习了听力。

2.

Play a game about the vocabulary. Choose the right meannings of the underlined words.Divide the students into 4 groups to answer the questions . The group which gets more scores will win. 设计意图: 把单词的英英解释放到语境中，为学生了解单词创造更生动的语境，帮助学生以英语思维学习英语。利用小组竞赛，充分调动了学生的主动性。

Step 3 Practice for useful words and expressions 1.

Do task 2 Ask a question ----- is it helpful for us students to use

computers? The students express themselves with the sentence patterns , then teacher lead them to express with the words learnt yesterday. 设计意图：提问电脑的优缺点，在复习上节课内容的同时练习了实用的句型：personally...... I disagree/agree..because... 通过根据提示用正确形式填空的练习，指导学生进一步在语境中运用重点单词和短语。

Step 4 Show some pictures about Internet addiction and have a

discussion about the solutions to the Internet addiction in pairs. 设计意图：通过展示一些学生上网成瘾的图片，组织学生讨论避免过度依赖电脑的办法，进而培养学生思考以及解决问题的能力。

Step 5 Free talk and role play Set up a plot and make the students discuss and show their conversation. Tom , a school student , wants to buy a computer . But his mother doesn’t want to.So he asks his teacher to help him persuade his mother.Try to make up a conversation in groups of 3 to show the different attitudes towards computers. One is the student , one is the teacher and the last one is the parent. 设计意图：通过对孩子，父母以及教师对电脑的态度的情景设置，让学生对本节课所学重点单词和句型进行更有效的融合并展示，真正做到学以致用。

Step 6 Homework 请根据以下的情景说明和写作要求，使用5个规范的英语句子描述全部所给的信息内容。

情景说明

假设你所在的班级将要举行以“中学生上网的利弊”为主题的班会，你准备在会上发言，请你根据提示用英语写一篇发言稿。

利：获取信息；了解时事；欣赏音乐、电影等。

弊：迷恋网络游戏；诱发青少年犯罪；影响学习和健康。

设计意图：通过写作，提高学生的书面表达能力。

设计意图：

通过自我评价，让学生总结一节课内自己的收获以及自己的点滴进步，实现了对学生情感方面的培养。

板书设计：在给学生核对答案的同时在黑板上依次写下本单元所学的重点词汇和短语，同时也写下本节课的主线：回复电脑发展历史---电脑使用的现状---引出社会现象---寻找解决办法。最终在完成所有板

书之后，呈现出一个拟人化了的电脑。学生在Free talk and role play 环节还可以利用黑板上的词汇。

Curriculum

Reform , an effective teaching is the point that every teacher should lay emphasis on . As far as this class is concerned ,it is effective .I adopt Task-based Learing and try to make the class student-centered and act as an organizer and instructor. Not only have the students improved their communication skills , but also they have experienced a positivv emotion .In the meantime , they develop coopertive learning. There are also remains something to improved a lot. I should pay more

attention to the students who have poor English. .
