3. 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语谈论东西的位置。

5. 通过本课的学习，教育学生要爱护小鸟，热爱动物和大自然。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warm up 1. Greeting 2. Sing a song “The dog’s in the plane”，“Where’s the bird?”3. Say a rhyme “Singing in the trees”

4. Magic eyes。喊出你看到的图片的单词。

Step 2 Presentation and practice 1．learn the new words T: in the game, we have these three words. What’s this?

S: It’s a desk/ a chair/ a bird.

(ppt 出示 an angry bird) T: Look at the bird. Is it nice? S: Yes, it’s nice.

请生说其他的赞美的话，it’s great! How nice! 等。

T: It’s a beautiful bird.

Teach: beautiful T: Where’s the bird?

(同法出示ppt图片，教 in, under, behind) 2. 齐读单词，再选其中一个单词练习chant

先出示句型It’s … the …。师领读，生跟读，开火车读。再请学生根据图画来猜物品的位置。

4.T: Here is a story about a bird. Please watch carefully, and then choosethe right answer. Let’s watch the cartoon then answer these questions.

看完动画，生做填空题，再全班校对答案。

5. T: I have two more questions, can you answer them? (ppt 出示问题)Q1: Is the bird behind the door? Q2: Where is the bird at last? 生回答，然后PPT出示 TIP：in 和on的区别。

6. Listen and number T: The bird stops in many places. Look, it’s here and there. Now, pleasetake out your working sheet. Let’s listen and number the pictures.(播放课文录音, 学生给图画标号码) 7.Read the story T: Finished? Now boys and girls, check your pictures. Let’s read the storytogether, OK? T提示：注意读出故事中人物的情绪。
