Teaching Steps I. Warmer/Revision 1. Teacher prepared some season pictures on the blackboard and let students guess what season it is according to the descriptions. Then the teacher show different pictures and let the whole class say out the seasons. 2. Have students look at the pictures of different weather. Say the chant together.

3. Talk about “what do you do in spring/summer/autumn/winter”?

1. Have students read the flashcards for revision. Teacher shows the cards and has students read them as fast as possible. Divide students into two groups. Have a competition between the two groups.

2. Listen to the tape and let students say out what we can do in different seasons, at this time, show the pictures on PPT.

3. Play the game ”Samon says” . Students can review many phrases we learned in this unit. III. Practice

1. Talk about the favorite seasons. Have students work in pairs and describe each picture in English. Practice the conversation like this:

---Why?

2. Ask some pairs to show their conversations. 3. Have each student finish this text: My Favorite Season
