Yesterday I represented our student association to go to CIA to meet international students. The first one to arrive is Mr. Garcia from Columbia, closely followed by Julia Smith from Britain. I introduced them to each other ,and I was surprised to see them greet each other. Just then, a visitor from Japan comes in smiling, together with Gorge Cook from Canada. When Gorge reached his hand out to him, it happens that Mr. Cook’s hand touched the Japanese’s nose as he bowed. So you see, people from different cultures may not greet others in the same way. Now ,most people around the world shank hands when they meet while the Japanese prefer to bow.

In a word, body languages are not good or bad, which are widely used in

communication in today’s world .
