教材分析：

本课选自PEP，六年级下册4单元，是对一般过去时的综合复习。Read and write部分讲的是吴一凡的一个梦，文中主要是一般过去时的运用。

学情分析：

在上一单元学生已经对一般过去时进行了初步学习，有了初步了解，能够从时间上判断是否为一般过去时。

教学目标：

Knowledge aims: 1.

课文中的动词过去式；

2.

对比学习There be句型的过去式。

Ability aims: 1. 能在老师和同学的帮助下理解文章内容；

2. 训练学生的阅读理解能力和听力；

3. 提高合作探究的学习能力。

Moral aims:

1.

有合作意识；

2.

愿意与同学或家人分享自己的梦。

教学重点：

1.

动词的过去式(如：had, were, was, ran，could……)；

2.

复习There be句型的过去式，正确运用be动词；

3.

通读并理解课文内容。

教学难点：

1.

在理解全文的基础上，结合听力完成P39的听力短文填空；

2.

对动词变过去式的规律有初步归纳，能够正确书写文中的动词过去式。

教法：

情景教学，任务型教学,五步教学法。

学法：

课前预习自主学习，小组合作，小组探究。

教学准备：

PPT，Record. 课时安排: 1课时

教学过程：

Step 1 Lead-in

Sing a lively English song: Twinkle, Twinkle, Little star (To create relaxed atmosphere and quickly arose ss’ interest.)

Step 2 Presentation

Look and guess:

Look at the three pictures of P38, guess what is it about.

Listen to the record: Pay attention to the pronunciation.

Pair work：Try to find out the past tense as many as possible. When finished, learn them together. (Ss say, I write the words on the blackboard.)

Read after teacher: Read the words on the blackboard. Step 3 Practice

Number the pictures: According to your understanding, number the three pictures. Then, let’s check.

Group work: 4-6 ss in one group, read and understand the text.(If you have any questions, you can hand up and ask me for help.)

Retell: Teacher present the 3 pictures on PPT, encourage one student to retell the dream. Step 4 Production

Listen and fill in the blanks. (By doing this, teacher will know whether ss had grasped the knowledge or not.) Step 5 Summary

Choose one student to make a short summary. (training ss’ ability of making summary.) 课外作业：

Write down one of your dreams, pay attention that you should use past tense.
