Play the tape. Ss listen and chant.P44 3、

Ask and answer: What’s your hobby?

What’s his/her hobby? How do you go to school?

How does he/she go to school? Where do you live?

Where does he/she live? Does he/she go to school on foot?

Step2 Presentation 1.

Play the CAI and show a picture and ask: Are they the same? Ss answer:Yes ,they are. Show another picture and ask:Are they the same? Ss answer:No,they aren’t. They are different. Read “different”.Tell them the Chinese meaning of it. 2.

Open the books at P51. Read the questions first.Play the tape.Ss listen and repeat. 3.

Ss read it by themselves again. Do the exercises on P51. Then check the answers. 4.

Read the text again and answer some questions again. (1)
