一、

教学目标：

1、知识目标：

（1）能四会单词basketball，try，heavy，difficult，easy （2）能灵活使用句子

Are you ready to learn to play basketball？ The basketball is heavy. The ping-pong ball is light. I’m throwing the basketball. This is too difficult！This is easy！ 2．能力目标：能利用所学的词汇和句子表演本课对话并运用于打篮球和乒乓球的活动中。

3. 情感目标：培养学生对两种球类运动的喜爱之情。

教学重、难点：要求四会的单词和要求掌握的句式。

三、教具、学具准备：录音机或课件。

四、教学过程：

1、图片展示导入

出示basketball和ping-pong的图片，然后问学生：“What’s are these？”

生：“These are a basketball and a ping-pong ball.”

师：“Can you play basketball or ping-pong ball？”

(设计意图：开头图片展示篮球和乒乓球，直观形象，激发了学生的学习兴趣，增强了学生的自信心。) 2、出示课题：lesson 3 Let’s Play 3、师：“Page up 4 ，look at your book，Listen and look the dialogue.”（设计意图：学生整体感知课文，注意语言、语调的变化。）

4、Read and guess the new words.(what’s it meaning?) basketball、try、heavy、difficult、easy 学生逐个翻译并跟读。

5、Listen , read the dialogue 学生根据录音逐个跟读并翻译。先齐读，在找学生读。

比较句型I want to learn，too 和this is too difficult。

Are you ready to learn to play basketball, Li Ming? Yes! Are you ready to learn to play ping-pong? I want to learn, too Let me try! Here I go!

I’m throwing the basketball Danny ! Catch the basketball! Ouch! Ouch！The ball is heavy! Throw the basketball，Danny！

This is too difficult ! The ball is too heavy! This ball is light! I can throw it. This is easy! The basketball is heavy！

The ping-pong ball is light！
