人教精通版五年级下册英语第四单元

单元教学目标及要求:

1、能够听说读写四会单词,同时能够正确理解说出以下句子:I’m ill today. I have a bad cold. What’s wrong with you? I have a headache. Here’s a get-well card for you. 并能在真实的情境中熟练运用这些词句进行交流。

2、能够正确听、说、认读以下词汇:have a fever/cough/toothache/stomachache, take some medicine, take a good rest, chocolate, dragon fruit;以及以下句型:Don’t worry about your lessons. I’ll help you with your English. Can I go to school tomorrow? No. You should take a good rest. How are you feeling today? I feel much better. 能够初步运用这些语言进行日常交流。

3、能够在真实语境中询问他人或表达自己身体的感受,安慰病人。并能初步了解探望病人的礼仪,在真实语境中得体地表达对他人的关爱之情。

Unit4 What’s wrong with you? (Lesson19)教学设计

教学目标

1、能够正确理解说出以下句子:

I’m ill today. I have a bad cold.

What’s wrong with you? I have a headache.

并能在真实的情境中熟练运用这些词句进行交流。

2、能听懂,会说要求的单词和句子。

3、能够在真实语境中询问他人或表达自己身体的感受,安慰病人。

教学重点I’m ill today. I have a bad cold.

Don’t worry about your lessons. I’ll help you with your English.

教学难点通过创设真实典型的语言情景,让学生在轻松、愉快的气氛中,通过小组活动和完成任务的方式,自然运用所学知识,提高语言运用能力。

教学准备

1、本课教学光盘和课件。

2、准备玩具电话。

3、准备自制的人物头像。

4、准备四线格,板书单词和句子。

5、准备贴纸,作为课堂评价。

教学过程

Step1. 热身/ 复习(Warm-up / Revision)

(1)播放歌曲“Head and shoulders” , 学生学唱。

Step2.新课导入(Presentation)

(1)出示George的照片。I’d like to introduce a friend to you. Do you know him? He’s George. He is a very cute boy. But he doesn’t feel well today. What’s wrong with

him? Let’s see a VCR.

(2)Watch and answer.

T: What’s wrong with George?

S1: He is ill. 学习单词ill. 板书I’m ill today.

(3)I’m ill today. I don’t feel well. What’s wrong with me? Oh, I have a cold, I have a bad cold.

Teach the other sentences in this way. I have a headache/fever/cough.

(4)Let’s chant.

(5)Practice in pairs.

What’s wrong with you?

I have a ……

Don’t worry about your lessons.

I’ll help you with your ……

(6)教师展示本课教学挂图,让学生猜测Kate怎么了。Kate doesn’t feel well either. Guess! What’s wrong with her?.

(7)教师提出问题:

Listen and answer

What ’s wrong with Kate?

What should she do?

Listen to the tape and tell me the answers.

Step3.趣味操练(Practice)

(1) Listen and practice

Let’s act.拿出Kate 和Miss Liu 的头饰,进行角色扮演(贴纸奖励).

Make up a dialogue with your partner.

Step4.拓展活动(Extended activities)

(1) Write a short composition。

(2) 学生汇报。(贴纸奖励)
