1.Greeting

Ss:Good morning,Miss Tang.

2.Review

T:How old are you,Mike?

Mike: I’m...years old.

T:How about you,Yifan?

Yifan:I’m...years old.

T:You are older/younger than Mike.

The same way to review:How tall are you? You are taller/shorter than...How heavy are you?...is heavier/thinner than... What size are your shoes? A’s shoes are bigger/smaller than B’s.

Step 2.Presentation

1.T:Zoom’s school has a football team. They want a

goalkeeper.Zebra,Deer,Giraffe and Dog want to have a try.Guess,who is the goalkeeper at last?

2.Listen to the tape and answer my questions: Who is the goalkeeper at last? Why?

3.Read the story by themselves and circle the new words.

4.Learn the new words and phrases:goalkeeper,have a

try,centimeter,catch,neck,reach,teamwork,almost,goal,excellent...

5.Look at the pictures and read the sentences.

6.Listen to the tape and repeat.

7.Answer my questions:
