一、单元教学与评价目标

本单元的主题是Seeing the doctor，主要单元内容为不同疾病名称及其症状，以及去医院看病的对话。要求全体学生能在图片或关键词的帮助下，知道fever等核心词汇，和核心句型What should I do? 及具体的回答You should…；能结合新旧知识进行正确地告知他人如何预防不同疾病。同时，要做到语音语调正确优美，语意表达较有逻辑和意义，并融合自己的情感。

语言知识与技能：

1、全体学生能正确识读音标/

ə/、/

ɜ:/及带有这些音素的单词；

2、全体学生能用本单元核心词汇fever, toothache, cold, cough,进行询问、应答、讲述并书写，掌握其音、义、形；

3、全体学生能通过特殊疑问句What should I do?询问，并用You should …作简单应答；

4、大部分学生能根据不同的病症用学到的词汇和句型提建议，内容完整，表达流利，语法正确。

(At the dentist’s) Dentist: Hello. What’s wrong with you?

Peter: I have a toothache.

Mum: He can’t open his mouth. He can’t eat any food either. Dentist: Let me look at your teeth. Do you often eat sweets? Peter: Yes. Dentist: They’re bad for your teeth.

And you shouldn’t drink too many soft drinks either.
